1) What “Settings” is
Settings is where you configure options for your store: support tools, appearance, and other preferences (depending on your plan and version).
2) Open the Settings hub
- In the left menu, click Settings.
- You’ll see categories (cards). Choose one to open.
3) Customer support chat (SMM)
If your store uses it, SMM Support Chat is the small chat box that appears on your storefront so customers can ask questions. You can turn it on/off and customize the text and colors.
Enable and configure
- Open Settings → SMM Support Chat.
- Turn the switch On.
- Update the main fields (title, welcome message, position, colors).
- Click Save.
Tip: keep the welcome message short and friendly (1–2 lines).
4) If you can’t see Settings
It usually means your role doesn’t have permission. Ask your manager or the store owner to update your access.
