Calls (VoIP) & call history

Call colleagues directly from your browser (if enabled for your store).

1) What this module is for

  • Make internal calls (extensions) between team members.
  • See your call history (incoming/outgoing).
  • Listen to recordings (if your setup enables it).

2) Make a call

  1. Open Calls (or the phone widget).
  2. Check the status is Online.
  3. Pick a contact or type an extension number.
  4. Click Call.

3) Answer a call

  1. When you receive a call, click Answer.
  2. If the browser asks: allow microphone access.
  3. Use Mute / Speaker if needed.

4) View call history (call logs)

  1. Open CallsCall logs (name may vary).
  2. At the top, you may see quick stats (total calls, missed calls, total duration).
  3. Use filters: incoming/outgoing, answered/missed, date range (depending on your setup).
  4. Open a line to see details, and play the recording if available.

No sound? Check your browser microphone permission and your selected audio device.

5) If you can’t access Calls

If you don’t see Calls in the menu, it may not be enabled for your store or your role doesn’t have permission.
