Troubleshooting (common issues)

Before you panic: most issues come from a password, a permission (role), or a refresh.

I can’t log in

  • Make sure you’re using the right email.
  • Check Caps Lock.
  • Retype the password slowly.
  • If needed: ask your manager for a reset.

I don’t see a menu (Products, Inventory, POS…)

It’s almost always a role (permissions) issue.

  • Contact the manager/owner to adjust your role.
  • See: Team & roles.

Changes don’t show up (old version)

  1. Do a hard refresh: Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows).
  2. Open a private window and try again.
  3. Log out and log back in.

If the problem continues: contact support (server cache may be involved depending on setup).

A product doesn’t appear on the storefront

  • The product is Active (not Draft).
  • The product is Visible (if the option exists).
  • If inventory tracking is enabled: quantity is not 0.
  • The correct theme is active (see Themes & storefront).

I can’t add a product in POS

  • Check the product is Active.
  • Check inventory (if tracking is enabled).
  • Check the SKU if you scan a barcode.

I see “Low stock” or “Out of stock”

  • Restock if possible.
  • Or do an adjustment (after a count/correction).
